Use character arcs to show growth and transformation Whether you’re writing fiction, crafting a personal brand, or creating a short video, characters and conflict are the heartbeat of any compelling story.

Choose an idea for a story (it can be fictional or personal). Now map out:

  • One external conflict

  • One internal conflict

  • How they interact (does one cause or worsen the other?)

  • What your character must overcome to win
